Thanks Jukka – MOSS 2007 SP2 Upgrade Failure – Solution!
During an upgrade, the psconfig command fails with
Failed to upgrade SharePoint Products and Technologies.
An exception of type Microsoft.SharePoint.Upgrade.SPUpgradeException was thrown.
