Roomba Sucks - IRobot provides horrible customer service

Just received my Roomba.  However, you people decided to take a Roomba that was clearly returned by another customer, stick it back in a box (poorly), barely wrap the thing right, the cords where a mess, all "sealed" stickers broken, and the item scratched and dirty.
 
So, I really don't feel like taking somebody elses toss-away as "NEW" - which is what I paid for. 
 
Update:  This was purchased direct from iRobot - a Christmas present.  Does no good now...

Who is "you people"? Did you buy directly from iRobot rather than a retailer (which would have been cheaper, by the way).

FWIW, I would chalk this up as a fluke. I had my Roomba for a year and it got one problem - I called iRobot and they just sent me a new one. No problems since.
